About Us:
Hawaiian Airlines is Hawaii's largest and oldest airline. The company has a fleet of 25 aircraft and offers nonstop service to Hawaii from more U.S. gateway cities than any other airline. Hawaiian also provides approximately 100 daily jet flights among the Hawaiian Islands, as well as service to Australia, Samoa, and Tahiti. Hawaiian Airlines is the only airline able to provide single-carrier service from the Western U.S. and the South Pacific to the Hawaiian Islands. Due to their unique brand of island hospitality, visitors to Hawaii are able to begin their vacation the moment they step on board a Hawaiian Airlines aircraft.

Hawaiian Airlines seeks for the very best people who take pride in their work and enjoy providing friendly and courteous service.  All of our employees receive training so that the commitments contained in this Customer First service plan are implemented in a manner that reflects Hawaiian's commitment to serving our customers.  Our Customer First training plan covers customer service skills, job-specific technical skills, service recovery skills and aligning service standards and expectations with our company vision, values and critical success factors.

Hawaiian has consistently been rated one of the "10 Best" U.S. airlines by Zagat Survey and readers of Condé Nast Traveler and Travel + Leisure magazine, higher than any other carrier serving Hawaii.

U.S. Department of Transportation too, had ranked Hawaiian Airlines as the number one on-time carrier in the United States since 2003.  They had also rated Hawaiian Airlines as number one in fewest cancellations, baggage handling, and fewest over sales.  No airline was better.
